Director of Development & Marketing
The Director of Development and Marketing leads Compass for Kids’ fundraising and marketing efforts, overseeing strategy, teams, and key relationships that support our mission and growth. This role requires a strong, experienced leader who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution. The Director works closely with staff, the Board of Directors, and community stakeholders to advance fundraising, communications, and brand awareness while ensuring accountability and results.
